I was recently interacting on the clicklist for the advent calendar when suddenly a message popped up and said i received an egg. When I view its profile it says its a quest egg. Anyone know what this egg hatches into?

That's one of the harvest sprites. Theres 8 of them (I believe) and each have a low chance of being found through various tasks. You got Hoggy from interacting with pokemon. Here
