How would I hunt an Alolan Raichu? Is there a special way to evolve a regular Pikachu into Alolan? Thanks!

there’s a rumble area called allow. if you have it, then you will be able to evolve your pikachu, i’m fairly sure.

The Alola rumble area has Alolan Raichu in it, so you can adopt it from there. I’m not sure why we can’t evolve our own Pokemon into their Alolan evolutions, but alas, we cannot. You’ll have to hope that you’ll find a random shiny in the rumble area.

To unlock Alola, you need to be level 20. The quest to unlock it will randomly appear in the daycare on a sunny day so be sure to check it everytime it’s sunny :)
