The PAD was founded and lead by the Harper family in the year xxxx, who were tired of the many crimes sliding past the eyes of the law. Being handed down through the generations, it’s now currently led by Dr Noah Harper, who’s main focus (between jobs) is searching for the man that murdered his wife just a few years ago.
Many view the PAD as just another reckless city gang, despite many of the members having considerably normal daily lives. School, work, family, etc. Thus, many of the members do not look like your typical “assassins”. This, plus no concrete set requirements to be accepted into the PAD. Just a few background checks, a form to fill in, and some luck.

- Preferably proper sentence/paragraph format - it doesn't have to be detailed - I just kinda find scripts, etc, hard to read/follow
- All characters must be at least or over the age of 18
- Have as many characters as you want but be sure you can manage them
- You may play as permanent/temporary villans with your own story later in the RP - I don’t have a form for that yet
- Don’t be too OP, you may have a max of 2 skills
- At least 1 flaw, no tbrp'd, please ^^"
- A skill cannot be magic but can be the use of a weapon, martial arts, a form of knowledge, etc
- Paragon ID is the equivalent to a secret/false identity
- Relationships are fine, just let it sidetrack whatever plot is happeningunless necessary
- You may spar as a means of training, just don’t be seriously injuring anyone
- Keep gore to a minimum, please
- If you would like to lead a subplot at any point, PP/PM me and we can discuss it~

With others, she’s very stand-off-ish about, having been in the business practically since birth. It takes her a while to open up, but can easily crack when cornered - Mildly claustrophobic.
