When I enter the wormhole to do the puzzle I am faced with the problem that no matter where I click to put the puzzle piece it goes straight to the top of the column and they stack on each other and refreshing the page does not help, making the puzzle completely undoable.

Have you tested doing the puzzle on a different browser, and tried clearing browser/history cache (or tried a private/incognito session in the same browser) to see if the issue persisted? If so, what were the results?

Also, what browser are you using?

A lot of us had this issue when they first came out!

All you need is a different kind of browser.

For me, it didnt work on my phone and laptop (different browsers, slightly different versions of this issue occurred).

I had to go hunt down a family kindle (and find a charger lol) and it's browser worked!

So yeah just a different browser should fix it.
