I'm complaining. I've used 80 regular pokeballs, ten ultra balls of my own, and got donated 20 ultra balls but still can not catch it! Intolerable!!!

It's supposed to be a special Pokémon, so, obviously you won't catch it with a few tries. You'll just have to be patient.
