i have this icon in the upper right part of my screen next to the weather and i can't click it, its a celebi with a rainbow background(there is also an x2 attached)

what do i do and how?

It means it's 2x day today which grants Pokemon and eggs to receive twice the amount of EXP/EHP when they are interacted with.

It happens whenever the Lovemeter is filled all the way up the day prior.
