I got a shiny charmander instead of regular charmander, what does this mean?

Shiny pokemon are rarer versions of pokemon
If you got one with out using chain it means you are lucky :D

Yeah, this should be moved to Help. And there's 2 Charmanders I know of. If it's an actual Charmander, that's a rare color for it. If it's the guy from the Rumble Area, I have no idea what's up with him.
