Do you lose your info on the pokemon you have if they evolve? I shiny hunted Charizard I had gotten all three evolutions. I don't have a Charmilion in my box nor in my Pokedex since they evolved to Charizard. I need some help with this :/

No you need to have all 3 to keep the info in your pokedex. So if you are trying to complete a certain region, for example Kanto, you would need to have 3 of each starter at its each evolution. You can see what I mean in my 'Pokedex' box
