PH rules of course apply

If you pick a high rank, please be active.
If you are only making 2 characters, only one may have a high rank (royalty)
If you make more than 4 characters, you may only have 2 high ranks

I'm confused about the 'rank wanted' category of the form. Does it mean rank they want to be, or rank you want the character to be? Also, what is considered a high rank? For example, is a high rank royalty only, or would it be something like 'general of a part of the army' or 'royal guard'?

For the rank wanted, its where your character fantasies of where to be, such as a dragonette dreaming of being a prince or princess even if they probably wont get there, or wanting to one day be a guard.
