How does breeding unown here work. ON pokefarm you can put two in the daycare and get random forms from between the two letters so like put an A and a K and you can get A-K forms. How does it work with a ditto can you get other letters from say breeding an H with a ditto or just an H?

On here, breeding Unown only works with Ditto. And you'll always get all kind of letters from your pair, however you're more likely to get the letter you're breeding with. So, if you breed with Ditto and Unown A, you'll get Unown A, B, [...] up to Z, ! and ?, but A will appear slightly more often.
If you want to shiny hunt one letter, you'll have to get yourself a Wild Lense if you haven't already, since different letters will break your chain as each letter is treated as its own species!
