something's felt off with you since you were a child. you always had a feeling, a hunch something wasn't right.

backstory: she was born and raised in a coastal area, living there for about 8 years and then moving to a large city, where her parents, once fishermen, went to run a pokemon center. her mother gave birth to her baby brother when she was 10, and the four lived happily for a while.
one day, she took her baby brother out for a walk and came across an egg, then proceeding to take it back to her center. she was assigned the task to care for it and a small charmander was born from it. she pretty much adopted the little thing, naming her goldie, and raised her, training with students at the pokemon school she studied at and fighting wild pokemon not too far from home.

keep in mind you can back out at any time (though you will have to tell us the fate of your character if you've already started!) and nobody has to start in the same place. we just need to wind up together shortly after the dream or before.
ps: i have never hosted a rp before. i didn't know what i was doing when i started this, still don't.
