The "change avatar" page is saying I have a login error and need to report it. Idk what's happening.

Have you changed username not long before that?
I know that after changing username, in next less than five minutes you are unable to change avatar and use pal pad.

Just try clearing your cache Ctrl + F5 , I believe? Report it in the Bugs section if its o/w.
