Manoki perched on the branch of a tree. Unusually, he tended to sleep through the night, following the habits of his diurnal mate and daughter. But he felt a bit restless tonight. Maybe it was because of the meeting. Or was it because he had to leave his home?
Gears turned in his head. What if Alaska didn't survive the journey? What if something bad happened to all three of them? Did spirits come out of the dead? Would Squeak's spirit be upset that they left her death-place?
Manoki let out a deep sigh. He then saw something, a shadow, in the trees close by. He craned his neck to see further. "Hm?"
(one of the reasons manoki doesn't usually go out at night: he gets paranoid)

Suffering under the weight of her antlers for the past hour, she kept calling out for help, but to no avail. Eventually, her antlers got smaller and smaller until they slowly faded away into her forehead. Numb, she got up wearily and headed back to camp where she found peace and quiet.

Bolt, still sleeping in the small crevaces, tuck in beneath his long tail, was caught in an darkish nightmare where he kept seeing his parents murdered by the marine menace, and the mermaid turning their scaly pale fins towards him and saying; "You're next". Waking up abruptly, he slowly got out of his sleeping place and went for an nocturnal walk, to change his mind. Even though he knew his parents found death from an accident, he just couldn't get the marine menace out of his mind.

WILDFIRE had been out for some early morning hunting, as she found that the wee hours of the morning held more bugs, small rodents, and other prey then the daytime. She had gone to one of her usual hunting spots, and had her eyes set on a particularly large possum. At least, until she saw Manoki. Creeping closer, she watched him carefully until the potential trespasser spotted her. She kept as still as she could, holding her breath and keeping her bright red scaled out of the moonlight.

Manoki shook his head. It was nothing, he decided, leaning back. He looked around, and then saw a flash of red.
Red?
He jumped, flapping his wings in alarm.
"W-who's there?" he squawked. "I.. I won't b-be afraid t-to fight!"

WILDFIRE growls and leaps from the shadows, her wings half-open to give her the lift needed to jump and land in the moonlight where her full splendor could be seen. “I could ask you the same question, trespasser. You’re on Foresthunter grounds and you definitely aren’t part of the clan. Who are you and why are you here?”

WILDFIRE looked him over. He seemed relitively harmless, but you never knew- especially with the Marine Menace around. “Fine,” she spat. “But if you turn out to be part of the Marine Menace, I will personally rip your head off.”

Liv'wor blinked and then narrowed his eyes. "I'll shred tha' brat offa dragon if she touches one feather on yer body." he growled. "Well, good thin' we're leavin' t'morrow."

Bolt was slowly crawling in the plainfolks territories, running away from his own head. Getting rid of his nightmare, he looked up at the moon and let out his tongue out to get a feel of the air and know of any other creatures presence nearby.
