I was reasarching it a bit and I realized that I had possibly lucid dreamed once when I was a smol child. I remember it vividly. I just didn’t know I was possibly lucid dreaming until now.

In the dream it was all black, white and gray. I do admit it was a nightmare because there was a gibbite that would try to bite your feet if you stepped on the floor. Eventually I realized that I wanted to wake up and suddenly I was in my dad’s room (back them my mom & dad slept in different rooms) and my mom and dad were telling me to open my eyes and say there’s no place like home because I was still dreaming.

I woke up after that.

I remember being really disoriented because I wasn’t actually in my dads room, I was back in my own.

Actually, now that I think of it, the most terrifying dreams I’ve had I’ve known they were dreams (the most recent one was all black and something was eating my feet and I actually screamed softly irl) and had to struggle to open my eyes.

Anyways has anyone lucid dreamed and did I do it?

Sometimes I’ll be aware I’m in a dream and just go with it.
