Starting with a crappy PC, all the Developers (players) are in a group, no hierarchy. Important things are decided by votes.
There are 2 phases in game development:Pre-Production, and Production. Pre-Production is where you bounce ideas, choosing a theme, genre, etc. A low amount of Quality is gained by this. Since it's important, it's decided by votes.
Production is when you start working on the game. Here is where a lot of Quality is generated. There are 4 "tasks": Code, Art, Sound, and Writing. These must be finished, although they can still be worked on if they're finished. There is a turn limit, so if the game is not completed, an incomplete game will be released, and be worse.
Before releasing the game, some things must be chosen: Marketing Budget, and Quality Assurance. These cost money, but Marketing may increase sales, and QA increases Quality.
When the Game is released, reviewers will review it, which influences sales. Good games will give Fans, which increase sales, while bad games can make you lose Fans, and give Haters.
All funds are shared, however, individual upgrades can be bought without voting, as long as it's not very expensive. Expensive upgrades require voting. These are office upgrades, etc.
Remember, you start limited but you can grow to be a massive company without hierarchy.
3 or more players are required first, then name for each one and they must vote for a studio name.
Note: When putting your name also specify if you are a bit experienced in Code, Art, Sound, or Writing.

Yes, you can join. As for experience, you can do anything regardless of it, but it's a starting bonus so you can focus on one task. Pick one xd. Or should i pick it for you between those 2? (Crabby)

Now, pick a Studio Name.
Voting is required, you can do things before picking a Name, but a name is good for people to know that it was you who made the game.
Jasmine writes ideas successfully.
Money is of no concern yet, the bank will pay it until your first game. However, there is no need to repay the bank!

You can use these notes in a (very basic) MIDI converter, so on PC those notes can be used for developing.
