Ive only had the 200pd one unlocked for months....

By making it through the respective previous path AND claiming the egg you'll be given.

Beginnner Path - clear all 20 levels and claim Regirock egg* to unlock Advanced Path
Advanced Path - clear all 50 levels and claim Regice egg* to unlock Pro Path
Pro Path - clear all 100 levels and claim Registeel egg* to unlock Endless Path

Endless Path - endless number of levels. Every 1,000 levels cleared, you'll receive a random shiny Regi egg.*

*make sure to have a free space in your party, otherwise you'll fail to claim the egg)
