If you are talking about bottled messages,you can get submarine volcano map using that.
And I think discussion part is not for this and you should rather try help part.

But yeah, when you have 5 bottled messages, just take them to Emera beach, scroll down for the mermaid and you can trade them to her for a rumble map :3 (Please note she doesn't appear during thunderstorm weather! :3)

do you have the super rod? because if you dont, you need it to get the map trade ( i think )
