I know that there are two different kinds of bags, the Item Bag and the Berry Bag. I just bought a bunch of berries that I want to turn to seeds, and I know there is a way to transfer Berries from the Item Bag to the Berry Bag. Now, I might just be stupid, but I have no idea how to do this. Please help?

Go to the Berry Garden, and on the very first page scroll down a bit. There's a button that says "Open Item Bag." There you can transfer berries from your Item Bag to your Berry Bag. :)

I am apparently blind, because all I see are four buttons, labelled: Water your plants, Harvest all berries, Seed Bag, and Use Mulch. Is the button above or below these four?

I think this a feature unlocked at a later gardening level? Not sure though

Ah, I see now!
Yeah, like EeveePower said, if you don't have the feature yet, it'll unlock for you at a later time. ^^ Just keep doing what you can do and what Lorelei and the tutorial request you to do, and more stuff will unlock for you one after another! =)
