I went through all pages three times trying to find the last ring. As I go to Seashellos for the fourth time in preparation to make this Bug Report, I saw the ring flash on the page before defaulting to the Beach. And I JUST claimed the ring now.

While I only had to wait an hour for the Thunderstorm to be over, people that get this quest as the Thunderstorm starts could easily have to wait 2-24 hours to be able to claim the ring.

These pages need to be accessible even during a Thunderstorm (just as Accessoires is available even after the Beauty Contest is over) OR removed from the possibility of pages during a Thunderstorm.

Granted, we have the option to "give up", but as I have not done so yet, I do not wish to just in case I have to find Hoopa all over again (resetting the rings would be acceptable, as it would only take 10 minutes for me to find them, but finding Hoopa again could take hours).

While in part I do see where you're coming from, I don't think it's that big of a deal? I mean, you could always wait? They're not forever.

And the rings aren't always at the beach. There's not always a thunderstorm. The quest isn't timed, i don't see why waiting is that big of an issue.

Yes. There's the option of waiting. There's also the option of giving up.

But when I take half an hour to go through all 195 pages THREE times, and then choose to wait an hour for the Thunderstorm to be over, I do not want to find my time has been wasted by it not being there. And when you consider that not everyone has the hours to play a day that I do (whether it be due to school, work, or other things), waiting isn't fair to them.

There are about TWO HUNDRED pages. In order to maintain fairness to all players, neither the Rings, nor the Easter Eggs should be on ANY page that is Level-Locked, Premium-Locked, Time Limited, or Weather-Locked.

I'm fairly sure, like in the easter egg hunt, they don't spawn there unless the user is able too. Are you suggesting they shouldn't? If so, maybe the suggestion forum would be best?
