so i bidded on a 25second left shiny buneary and sat and waited it then 45 seconds of it being ended some how some one got it even though i watched it go into the point of 45 seconds ago

People like to bid at the very last moment that they can before an auction ends, and will tend to up your bid even if it's by a single PD.

There's also other things that can play a factor, such as people's internet speeds and how fast someone's ping is here, which would determine the delay in which a response is successfully sent to the web server and received.
