10 years ago in the year 2165, a sphere-like object appeared in the sky, appearing harmless. In reality, the object now named Ragnarok due to it's effect on the wold, had been emitting a frequency of light that could not be seen by any living being on Earth. This light gave a small group of humans around the world super powers, making them nearly invincible. Dubbed Epics, many of them became corrupt with their newly given powers.
Now in the current year of 2175, the corrupt Epics named Ultimates, have taken over the world given that the governments and armies around the world had failed to stop them. However, as the years passed by, Ragnarok had continued to emit the same light with a minimal amount of people gaining super powers. Set in Valensia City, what many assume are the headquarters or main base of the Ultimates, the remaining Epics and the Calamities, normal people named after the events they sometimes cause, must now work together in order to defeat the Ultimates and get the world back in order.

When Ragnarok first began, Draco and his father were the only ones affected out of their family. His mother and brother were not. However, his mother shown resentment and signs of hatred towards Draco and his father after they received their powers. None of them knew why she resented them so much. His mother eventually divorced his father and took Skye with him because he was normal. His mother quickly remarried a rich aristocrat with Skye taking upon his step-fathers name. Draco continued to stay with his father because he had felt even closer to him than ever. Many of the struggles and issues they had to deal with, they dealt together. They were also even more similar.
After several years of living together with his father, his father committed suicide. He was still heartbroken over the resentment and hate shown by Draco's mother but he been bottling up his sadness and anger since the day it began. Months later, Skye and Draco finally reunited with each other but not till after Skye's stepfather, Max Taylor, killed their mother. Max had long had his super powers but he never told their mother, aware of the fact she resented people with such powers. Max's plan was to kill her all along and so, he eventually did. Max became apart of the Ultimates and continued to live in the newly named Valensia City. Draco and Skye shared a similar goal. They wanted revenge on Max who now took upon the nickname of Cold Heart. As much as her mother resented and hated Draco and his father because of their powers, he still loved her, even if she was the cause of his father's suicide.
Personality (Optional):
Draco is a kind and friendly person....when he wants to be. When most people first meet Draco, it seems to be a rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and boastful person. It also does not help that he is an Epic which gives him and even worse of a reputation. Draco's is known to have a bad attitude and to be highly negative. In reality, he is not all that. Draco is a kind and friendly towards almost everyone, however; he is often taken out of context and labeled as corrupt. Draco is not hard to get along with nor befriend but he can sometimes can have an off-putting aura. He also snaps quite easily. He can suddenly go from kind and friendly to screaming with anger.

Plasma Creation & Control
Draco has the ability to create plasma from the palms of his hands. He specifically can create three forms of plasma, Fire, Lightning, and Pure Plasma (Appears as a laser). Draco can then manipulate the properties of his plasma and also form his plasma into different shapes. An example is that he form fire into the shape of a shield but then manipulate the properties of the shield so it was as solid and dense as a metal.
Weakness('):
Draco's weakness is his endurance. If Draco uses his powers for an extended period of time of he pushes himself too hard, he will eventually began to weaken. He goes through three stages. The more and more he over exerts himself, the higher the stage he will be in, though it often takes hours and hours before Draco even enters the first stage.
Stage 1
Draco's reaction time and speed will begin to slow down and he will begin to have difficulty thinking clearly. His heart will also begin to slow down. The power of his plasma will also begin to weaken.
Stage 2
Draco's reaction time and speed will further slow down and Draco will not be able to think very well at all. He will also begin to have a never-ending painful headache and his heart will slow down even more. He then also will not be able to his pure plasma or electricity anymore.
Stage 3
Draco will be barely able to move, making it a struggle. Draco will also not be able to use his powers at all. If he tries, smoke will just appear from his hands. At this point, his heart is beating so slow that if it goes any slower, he will enter a coma.
To remedy this, Draco has long been training and working on his endurance and strength.

History (Optional):
Following after the events explained in Draco's history, Skye lived with their mother in Max's mansion. During that period, Skye witnessed many things. Numerous times he had spotted and saw his mother be sexually and physically abused by Max. His mother never seemed okay ever since they moved in but she constantly smiled and tried to act hopeful and happy around Skye. Skye knew exactly why. They had nowhere to go and their mother had to endure the pain and struggle so they could have somewhere to live. Skye understood that and kept his mouth shut about it.
When Draco and him finally reunited, he told him about everything that happened. Unaware of Draco's plan to seek revenge for their mother, Skye sought to figure out a plan to defeat Max himself. He made weeks planning out a strategy to defeat Max but as he going through with the final stages of his plan, he was captured by a few Ultimates and locked up. However, he was rescued by a group of Calamities, one of which included the leader and creator of them, named June. As she and the other Calamities along with Skye were escaping, she was injured. When they returned to the Calamity based, June saw potential in him and appointed him as the new leader of the Calamities.

Skye, like his brother, is kind and friendly but unlike his brother, he does not have a bad reputation of any sorts whatsoever. Due to every one of their members having codenames, Skye is not known to be leader of them. Skye is like Draco in many ways in the fact that he is a kind and friendly person who is not hard to get along with or befriend. However, Skye still has this childish and youthful part of him that is full of energy.
Skye doesn't let this get out of hand though. He knows when he is allowed to act like he normally does and be carefree, and when to be serious and focused.

The small gem in the middle of the sword is able to produce short sparks of electricity and because the sword is a conductor, it acts sort of like a taser. The handle of the sword is made of rubber so Skye doesn't shock himself.

Ragnarok is a sphere-like object that is the cause of this event. It was dubbed Ragnarok due to the fact it essentially ended what the world used be and turned it into something new, like what Ragnarok did. Otherwise, not much is known about Ragnarok. We don't know what it's goals are, if anyone is controlling it, or what it looks like.
Valensia City
Valensia City is now used to make up the state of California, making it extremely large. The city is said to be the headquarters or base of the Ultimates.
Ultimates
Ultimates are corrupt Epics. They are essentially evil and villains. Otherwise, they are no different than other Epics, though most Ultimates are among of the stronger Epics.
Epics
Epics are human beings who have been given super powers from Ragnarok. These powers made them nearly invincible. Each and every Epic have a weakness. Some are more obvious than others.
Calamities
Calamities are normal people who seek to kill Ultimates. They were named Calamities simply because that the original leader, June, often misjudged Epics and was known to kill many of the good Epics that were trying to live normal lives or those who were trying to defeat the Ultimates. Their actions led to great distress among those who had hope that the Ultimates would be defeated. Their actions are the literal definition of Calamity, an event of disaster causing great distress.

Draco had heard the explosions and didn't even need to ask himself what happened. He sighed and got changed into a more appropriate outfit than his pajamas. He threw on his leather jacket and hopped on his motorcycle. He popped his helmet on and began to drive to the scene.
