Does anyone have a list of all the Event Pokemon which can be bred?
Whether that be with a Ditto, or another Event Pokemon of the same...

Also, which ones must i buy from another user/Event Shop?

I don't think that there is a need for such a list since it is the same for the regular pokemon as well. Can you breed the pokemon the event is based on or one of their evolutions? Yes -> you can breed the event.
Can you not breed the pokemon the event is based on or one of their evolutions? No -> event can't be breed.

Or you take a look at the pokehereos wiki (yes such thing exists, it is under "community") and look for their egg groups.
