Everyone here had a different story, but they were still generally the same.
Parents kicked them out, they ran away, they needed to leave home.
Every reject, desperate kid, and person who needed somewhere to stay ended up here. Didn't matter how or why.
They always came to Team Skull.
After Guzma had disbanded the team, almost everyone sort of drifted off in their own direction.
But some poor pokemon didn't have a direction to go.
They didn't have the same leader, or a way to make a living, and Nanu had given up on them, but they were Team Skull and though there was only a few of them, they were keeping the team alive.
And now they had someone new in their town of misfits.

Looks: Just a normal Sableye, but with the Team Skull uniform and Guzma's necklace/shades.
Personality: Doesn't show much emotion. Takes good care of Sparkplug and Max.
Other: The "Leader" of team skull.

Looks: A normal Jolteon, but with a brown messenger bag and the Team Skull uniform.
Personality: Shy and timid. Very jumpy.
Other: Really likes flowers. Stutters a lot.

Looks: here
Personality: Cleo is a somewhat of a motherly figure towards Pokemon but doesn't like trainers one bit. She is spunky, sassy, and proud, but also sarcastic, bossy, and envious. Though she may seem tomboyish at first, she's really a girly girl deep on the inside.
Other: She dislikes trainers because she used to be wondertraded all over the place after she evolved because her first trainer didn't want a Sylveon. This made her think that no trainer could love her, so she decided to hate them back.

Doug was sitting on top of the wall surrounding Po town. Looking off in the distance, he could see some Pokémon- were they approaching town? He could quite make out who they were, but he was prepared for trouble. Tossing his mega stone from hand to hand, he hopped down and stood at the gate, leaning against the wall. He noticed one of them looked like... a Sylveon. With team skull charms in their bows. Well, this could be interesting.

Sparkplug was outside town. He was racing through the woods, trying to make his way back, after being spooked and by an especially aggressive Dugtrio. There was a Kakuna resting in his bag, shooting String Shots and the chasing Dugtrio. He ran straight into something- no, someone. He looked up to see a shiny Hydregion staring him down. Sparkplug backed up, terrified.

Max was on the other side of the wall. He surveyed the area, hoping to see something new- maybe some poor sucker to rob. He hated stealing, but he had to do what he had to do. He saw an odd looking tree- wait, trees aren't blue. It was a Sceptile, approaching town. He readied a Thunder Fang just in case. Looking up, he saw a Salamence. A Sceptile and a Salamence coming at the same time? There was no way Max could handle that. He stopped his move and hoped for the best.

Draco landed next to Max. "Hello, may you tell me your name? I do not mean any harm." The metal on his armor shined in the light, and his expression couldn't show much of anything, apart from curiosity.

"I see your from team Skull" he said to the Jolteon. "Don't worry I am too" he said while showing that the two side heads had a skull tatto on their forehead. "What is your name?"

Cleo was sitting on a large rock cleaning her paws with her tongue when she noticed Doug in the corner of her eye. She turned her head over to him slowly, murmuring, "Oh? Who's this, now?" She bounced off the boulder and advanced towards Doug. One of the Pokemon following her, an Oddish, was on the verge of going after her, but Cleo whispered to it, "We don't know if this new one is a threat. You need to stay here with the others! I'll take care of this." The Grass-type hurried back to it's fellow Pokemon as Cleo continued.

Doug called out to Cleo.
"Nice charms."
He straightened his chain necklace. Maybe she was a member from a different island, but he was gonna make sure this kid knew he was the boss in this area. He had Guzma's old stuff and everything. He didn't dare approach her; dealing with a sylveon and a pack of Oddish wasn't exactly his idea of fun. He clutched his megastone, keeping himself on edge.

"H-help me." He muttered. The dugtrio popped out of the ground and knocked Sparkplug into the air. He was sent flying and landed a ways away. He struggled to get up, but fell back down. The Kakuna in his bag caught one of the heads with String Shot, and kept the raging thing in a tight grip. Sparkplug stood up. "M-my name's S-sparkplug. C-can't really talk r-right now."

Max straightened up. He attempted to look brave. He didn't exactly trust the Salamence's words, but he didn't exactly want to look rude. "My name is Max. And you are?" The Salamence's expression looked genuine, but you can never really tell with giant dragons.

"Nice necklace.", Cleo replied. "And who might you be?", she questioned. She couldn't tell if another Team Skull Pokemon in this new place was a nice surprise or a huge threat.

"Sam nice to meet you" he said. "Now lets take care of this piece of trash" he said while shooting a flamethrower at dugtrio. He helped Sparkplug up. "So how did that happen"?

"Doug. Team skull member and leader. And you are?"
He curiously cocked his head to the side, observing the new Pokémon. He had thought he, Sparkplug, and Max were the last of Team Skull. Apparently, they were just the last ones in Po Town.
"You ain't from around here, huh?"

"I-I was just trying T-to get some berries f-for the team, a-and it attacked me out of N-nowhere!"
The dugtrio was hit full in the face by the flamethrower. It went underground and seemingly ran away.
"T-thank you." He mumbled. The Kakuna peered out of the bag at the Hydregion. The Kakuna had a tiny Team Skull sticker on the back of it's shell.

"Well I would like to meet the team again. It has been years since I fled the team". He looked at the Kakuna with the team skull sticker. "Hello there" he said with a smile at the Kakuna

"The name's Cleo. Also a Team Skull member. Nope, I'm not from this place. Good to meet you, Doug.", she replied. An Eevee from the huddle of Pokemon tiptoed over towards the Sylveon and sat by her side.

Mark looked around at all the team skull Pokemon, it seemed like there were a lot after all. He hadn't said much to anyone but that was because of his experiences in Hoenn, no one spoke to you and was friendly. Now he just wondered if he would fit in at all. He was a team skull member...
