"Where?" Jack looked around greedily, his knives twitching. He turned in a full circle, completely forgetting about the others. "Come out, come out, whatever you are..." Jack said, in a scratchy sing-song voice.

Shad flinched for a moment, hearing the voices much closer than they'd been before. It sounds like they're looking for Dragons... which means they shouldn't care about me at all. ...I'd still rather stay hidden, though. He thought, doing his best to hide in the shadows of the cave rocks.

Jack's eyes shone in the dark, his dark typing finally being of some use. He thought he saw what looked like another figure hiding behind some rocks, but before he could investigate, he heard some footsteps coming up from behind him. He spun around, ready for combat.
