Houndoom struggled, every movement causing blood to come out of his eye. He yowled in pain, and got up to move towards the shack

Sandslash awoke, realizing he had lived. What was it that knocked him out? He thought. Then there it was. He caught a glimpse of a Black coat. And out of it fell a note.
Darkrai is the name. Horror is the game

He peered over the old chest he was hiding behind, shaking with fear. He knew it all now. Darkrai was causing this. Then he gasped and a rush of anger fell over him as he realized that it was Houndoom. Had he walked all the way here? He had passed out on the floor, and Sandslash rushed over. He used the note to wipe up the blood from Houndoom's face.

Sandslash now knew he was going to have to find something to heal him. He noticed in the corner, there was a needle, but it would only make matters worse. "I am brave natured, after all" He said to himself, and he followed the path Darkrai went into the woods, at the same time keeping his eye out for anything that could help Houndoom. He spotted an Oran Berry in a pile of leaves. "Anything helps" He said. He brought it to Houndoom.

Sandslash tried his best to explain, though he knew his memory had started to go blank.
"this will help you" He shouted, giving him the berry. But..
Someone had heard him. Rustling in the bushes.

Sandslash's head raised, and he fell to the ground. A moment later, he was awaken. In full health.
He looked over at Houndoom. Was he ok? Did Lucario help them? Lucario was gone.

Sandslash motioned for Houndoom to follow him. They saw a mist of darkness in the distance. Could it have been the tracks of Darkrai?

Sandslash wondered. Was he pushing Houndoom too much? He was very confused about all of this. But he continued to walk.

Sandslash waved his claw at Houndoom. He was wondering if Houndoom had the strength to walk now. Sandslash followed the dark mist.
