What to do for the chance to win THREE SHINY POLIWAGS
Simply draw me a Shiny Poliwag or evolution(Poliwhirl/Politoad) to the best of your abilities.
DO NOT DRAW POLIWRATH!! The green is a monstrosity. The pretty blue on shiny Poliwag and Poliwhirl simply make me happier.
A winner will be chosen on September 8th to give artist 2 full weeks time to draw. It is possible for second and third place to also receive a Shiny Poliwag.
Rules and Understandings
1. Art must be made by you
2. Must be a SHINY Poliwag, Poliwhirl or Politoad
3. I have permission to use the artwork anywhere I like as long as I give you credit
4. Post finished works in this thread
5. Palpad me for any further questions

Akemie, I think yours was the best drawn out of all
Sumire, I liked yours because it came with a nice background that would be good if I wanted it in signature, header or avatar if I cropped and added a border.
I couldn't decide which I prefered, so I went to random.org.
