jackson grabbed a handkerchief out of his pocket and tied the three corner's together, creating a few small chunk's of ice in the palm of his hand before he put them into the makeshift icebag and tied off the fourth corner good enough it would stay but be undone later on.
''here... hold this over your neck, and if need be melt the ice a tiny bit.. warm your hand up with heat and that'll be enough to melt the ice, no fire on you hand's.....'' he mumbled, holding it out to her to take.

there were footstep's from above and something landed in their way, holding out their sword with the very end of the handle glowing with a small orb floating between the gap.
''halt, you are not proceeding any further'' said a strong yet silky female voice.
jackson pulled spam behind him and raised his staff, a large bit of ice forming on the end of his staff in the shape of a broad sword blade.

a couple other people, a couple of anthro's, land behind them and jackson turned sideways as he pointed his weapon at them.

the other nodded in agreement.
she sighed and tapped the small orb, casting a light just bright enough for the five of them to see each other.
''i'm the most skilled fighter of the entire land, you should know that and wrong move and both of you would be dead in a nanosecond'' the red head said in a rather bored tone of voice.

jackson looked at spam and shrugged, then turned his attention back to the other two.
''this sword has been passed down in my family for generation's, fire can't do a thing to my blade since it was forged by the most powerful fire and purified in the white flame's that are cast in the cave in the center of our tribe's camp.... hence your fire magic won't do a thing.. how do you think our tribe is so strong against your fire magic baring people...'' she muttered.
