*he was taught this move by a leavanny
history: he was kicked out of his tribe as a baby when they saw that he had blue accents (this happens to all shiny emolga and other emolga that aren't the generic yellow, white and black), he went into the woods, and was attacked by a liepard. luckily, a leavanny found him and saved him from the liepard. he was then raised by the leavanny's tribe. when he grew up, he decided to leave the tribe, and one of the swadloons gave him the leaf hat that he still wears to this day.
