I need a Artist who can anime like humans along with Pokemons along with a dark background for a eBook cover page.
Details are given in spoiler below:-

1.Three boys and 1 girl with pokeballs on their hand.
2.The humans must be distinct and must not be found in any pokemon anime.
3.A Delphox, Zoroark, Togetic and Alakazam near the characters with a rayquaza in the back ground.
4.All the expressions must be serious.
5.A purple smoking background.
6.The characters must be standing on a short pedestal.
7.A logo saying "Pokémon Novel: Mystery of Sky Pillar" on the as heading.
8.At the very least, all the character's faces must be visible.
9.It must be anime style.
10.Payment= 600k PD
11.Dimensions 395 px width 674 px height
