Polka boredly circled a rock, having nothing better to do. The whistle that came from the east was just a whistle from a dolphin, not her pod.

She picked up a shell with her mouth and launched it in the air, before it slowly floated down, and launched it again.

Picture/Appearance: I'm pretty sure you know what a dolphin looks like. She has scar on one of her flukes due to an accident and her eyes sparkle like diamonds (that's how she got her name).
Personality: She's a sweet, playful dolphin who will always protect her friends, but she might be a bit shy around strangers.

Merolyn had a house made of sticks and clay. She lived in a small island named Propequod, which meant Near the in Latin, since Propequod was near a volcano.

Merolyn's house was small. There was no floor, only grass and the mud. Her bed was made of leaves and grass. And her only table consisted of an old log, which was at the shore.

Merolyn mostly ate berries from the very few trees and drank water from a very small stream.

But this day, Merolyn made a boat made of long thick sticks and tied up with some rope she made. She also had two oars (which were basically just long sticks). Now, she was ready to explore the seas.

Merolyn slowly pushed the boat from the shore into the water. Then, with the oars in her hands, Merolyn sat on the boat. She rowed and looked around.


".....I can't go too far...." Merolyn thought, looking back at her home island

Diamond did a few barrel rolls and made some clicking noises until she saw a shadow of the boat from above. She curiously swam up to the surface to see who was in the boat.
