Back story: He's close friends with a different mare, Who are still friends to this day. His parents owned a small store in Canterlot, Which had grown popular and higher in demand. He moved over to Ponyville, Since there was nothing much to see anymore in Canterlot, And easily adjusted to the somewhat simple lifestyle of the ponies in the area.

Look: A light blue coat, With a cocoa brown mane tied at the ends.
