Yeah, I guess we can have multiple RainWing queens. Not too many, though. Also, when do you guys want the story to take place? I'm guessing before the first five books since most of us haven't read that far?

((I think I'll just say that RainWings are really lazy and most wouldn't want to be a queen so just remember that when you're making a form or whatever))

Brisk sat on a cliff, the breeze pelting his whole body. He closed his eyes and breathed heavily.

Angler lay in the hidden Summer Palace, relaxed. She felt like she could stay there forever. Stretching her wings in contentment, she started to get up, knowing it was late and she had to go. (But where I'm too lazy to figure out)
