you find yourself on an island full of Fox pokemon, in front of you, you see a young Fennekin, she looks down at you with a smile. "Why hello there, I am Ginger, the princess of this here island.."
"the clearing is where we all live... A medicine store, for fox pokemon who have been injured in training battles, real battles, or natural causes" she points to a cave that has a minty scent of herbs. "over here, is the berry patch. where we all come to take some food."
she points to a bunch of berry tree's and bushes. "in this little place over here, where you see that hill with the little cave? follow me.." you follow Ginger up the hill and look into the dark cave, through the blackness, a hole could be seen but no sunlight shone through, only a light blue shine could be seen, around a small pond under the hole. "this here, is called the pool of crescent remedies.. it could heal instantly, if in a very bad situation, and at night, when the moon is full, it could let us contact out ancestors." you look out from the top of the cave and see a distant forest. "that forest is called the Shadowy Woods... that's where Exiles are sentenced to.. and whom we battle against" She jumped down from the cave and started heading towards a Giant Cave in the middle of the clearing below. "if you have any questions Just ask.." she starts to head back down but a bang could be heard and the sky turns to a Deep red/orange color, you look over your shoulder and you see a volcano in the distance, it erupts but no lava spills out, but just black water. "The time of Battle is coming near, mount Seer has never proven us wrong. you must help us Defeat the Shadow Foxes, those are what we call the exiles, they have learned how to create elixirs and are going to use magic in battle! you must be ready!" The princess tells you before running back down the hill and into the clearing, where the fox pokemon looked up at the sky in fear...

A Zorua runs up to the other Zorua. "Heyyyy, Megaaa, how's it gooooing? Find any yet?" She's walking with a slight limp, yet still seems to bounce as she moves.
( I think we need names. For now, I'm gonna just use my nickname for you.)

WG stops bouncing, and her ears fold down a little. "Aww... " Her ears prick back up quickly though, and she bounces back. "Can search and faster? Being injured is boooooring!" She takes the the whine out of her voice as she begins to look around as well. The little fox notices a dark plant. "HEY!" She says to MS."Whats this?" She pokes it with her paw, then begins to bat it back and forth.

Only... 200 levels left to go...

(you guys could also make up names for your character if you want, like how my Fennekin is named Ginger,)

Ginger walked up to Mega. "the Shadowy Woods are stretching farther into our territory.." She turns her head to waning. "and Yes, the shadow plant is poisonous if you breathe it in, but it is good for battle elixir's, Waning, you shouldn't be playing with it."

"when my father was king, he had terrorized the clan, forcing all foxes to do his wishes, he wouldn't let them eat, drink, or contact our ancestors. he would send them into countless battles, and the Shadow plants grew, and grew, turning the air poisonous. Many had died, and some had survived, My dad was beaten by my mother and sentenced to exile, or death. he chose exile, and the clan was once again at peace. although now, I suspect that he is behind the shadow plants growing here," Ginger looked up at Zaneo and then at the plant, using telekinesis to pull it out of the ground, she burnt it, and watched as the flames ate away its poisonous fumes, and turned it into a purple rose. "the shadow plants you must be careful when handeling, for if you make a wrong move, it could poison you, you need to burn the poison fumes and turn it into a rose, the juices in the flower help in battles."

((Pfft, massive exposition. Please don't quite use it in that way, though. I can agree with the plant being a little dangerous, but too make it that central to the plot makes my character kinda look like a moron, in that she would play with such a dangerous thing that has even killed foxes. May character is a little slow, but I don't think she's that incompetent. I can tell you just wanted to expand on the idea of the dangerous plant, which is honestly good, but you made it a little to dangerous. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that if your gonna make something central to the plot(important and very deadly) like that, the characters need to know about it before it's introduced. ))\r\n
"Woah, nasty. Can't ya use your family holy fireness to burn this thing, Gin?" Miso hops away from the plant, giving it a glare. While doing so, she shifts into a new form. AN Archen. Looking at herself, she makes a small squeak, realizing she's transformed. She quickly shifts back, air shimmering around her as she does. "Sorry."
Miso turn around and looks at Zaneo. "No berries, then?"
