Shattered Lands: Gathering of Champions (Ultimate Pokemon RP)
This is a unique RP, enough to be called an RPG. There are a number of differences between this RP and other RPs.

This is a choice game in which you must make decisions along with your crew which may lead to multiple twists and turns. You may never know what lies right around the corner.
THIS IS AN EXTREMELY EXPANSIVE RP. I WISH TO CONTINUE IT TO THE VERY END.
You play as some Pokemon, whether it be a Pokemon Fusion, a Pokemon with a lot of Accessories, or just a Regular Pokemon.
Everyone travels as one group.
I will come in as the Game Master, operating the battles that happen. There will be a full out battle system in which you can use to fight for the universe!

Everything takes place in an alternate universe from the original universe, in the way, way future. Yveltal has gained enough power to kill Arceus himself, and Yveltal has become the new god of the Pokemon universe. Yveltal, with its newfound powers, it creates it's own version of AZ's Ultimate Weapon. Xerneas, finding out about Yveltal's evil plan, unleashes a full scale blessing which allows one-fourth of the population to live from the blast. Those not blessed perish. Humans are almost extinct. The Ultimate Weapon has destroyed towns, caused climates to change everywhere. Temperatures dropped, natural disasters happened frequently. What the World of Pokemon used to be, isn't recognizable anymore. The blessed Pokemon in hiding have been waiting in the remains of Kanto, which was farthest from the blast, for many years. The last surviving legendaries, who are weak from the time passed, have a meeting. They decide to gather all of the Pokemon who have done great deeds, good or bad, because the line seperating the two doesn't really exist anymore. The ten champions who have been chosen will go and reclaim all six regions, and they will take back the land from Yveltal once and for all!

Only ten players may join the RP. It is on a First-Come, First Served Basis!
You MAY play as legendaries, except Yveltal and Xerneas.
Nobody dies, nobody betrays.
You must bring your info to every post you make.
At least 3 sentences per post, unless you need to speak out of character, in which you place your words in parenthesis. ex. (So how does this work exactly?)
EXAMPLE:

There is a stat system.
Stats will be generated by RNG. I'm sorry qq It's just that there's no dice system on PokeHeroes. If you or someone else somehow becomes too OP, then I'll even it out somehow.
Stat Descriptions:
HP: How much health you have. RNG Range: 3000 - 5000
Stamina: Your attacks require energy! Your energy will regen after each battle, but spend it wisely. 2000 energy. Not Decided by RNG.
Attack: Damage Multiplier. ex: You have 200 attack. You attack with a move that does 300 damage. Multiply 300 by 200, then divide by 100. You have dealt 600 damage! (Don't worry, I'll do that math for you.) RNG Range: 100 - 1000 and 100 - 1000.
Shield: A device handed out when you were chosen to go on the mission. Decreases the damage of an attack by the RNG Number. Can only be used 10 times per battle before having to recharge. RNG Range 200 - 2000
Evasion: Contradicts against Accuracy. If evasion is higher, the attack has a chance to evade, if accuracy is higher, the attack has a chance to hit. 100 - 1000 and 100 - 1000
*person attacks* accuracy is 100 - 200. RNG between 100 - 200. Result is 133. *other person has evasion that is also 100 - 200. RNG between 100 - 200. Result is 112. The attack hits. Same goes for Accuracy.
Accuracy: Contradicts against Evasion.
There is no speed system, you may attack whenever you like, but you cannot attack again until the whole enemy's team has attacked. 100 - 1000 and 100 - 1000
I may snag an admin sometime who can be the temporary GameMaster when I'm not around.
Movesets
Let's just burn the 4-move rule.
I'm allowing you 9 custom/non-custom moves! (4 decent) (2 strong) (1 special move) (1 special ability) (1 last resort)
Again... *sighs* decided by RNG.
Decent Moves: 50 Stamina - 200 Stamina 100 - 200 Base Attack/status condition/debuff/buff
Fireball: *person* fires a simple fireball at the opponent, which explodes on contact.
Strong Moves: 200 Stamina - 400 Stamina 300 - 400 Base Attack/status condition/debuff/buff
Burning Flurry: *person* runs up to opponent and gives out a barrage of kicks, bashing them up into the air, then smashing them into the ground.
Special Move: 500 Stamina. 400 - 700 Base Attack/status condition/debuff/buff Can only be used once per battle.
Fire Dragon's Iron Fist .3.: *person* Charges up their fist with the flames of a dragon, then charges at their opponent and lands a full-out attack on the opponents face.
Special Ability: Half of your total Stamina to activate. It can literally be anything. Just not too OP.
Mindful Focus: *person* finds their inner mind, and time freezes. *person* rests and regenerates all of their energy, for half of their HP.
Last Resort ALL STAMINA PUT INTO ONE GIGANTIC ATTACK. Quickly drains your HP after using. :) Not too OP.
ex. Land Destroyer: MK2.0: *person* fires a giant laser beam from their mouth, causing massive damage to the opponent, and some to their allies.
Also, you don't always have to use your description in your battles, you can get creative, but the name of the move MUST be in your text. Italicize it.
ex. DerpyMeme jumped off the cliff, charging up a [i]Fireball in his/her mouth, and threw it at the opponent!
You may also use terrain as attacks, and it will consume less stamina. This will be discussed in the next section.

Before I discuss anything, I just wanted to say that you have to use logic. A Joltic cannot lift up a boulder.
Dropping above and physically hitting an enemy: Opponent has to be hit by something Physical that can hurt the enemy more. Just noting, it has to be a body part, or an appendage or whatever. Not something like a fireball. Can increase damage by 1% - 1.5%. 1/8 chance to cause a tiny bit of recoil.
Using things to your advantage. A tree! A boulder! Some sand! Get creative here. They can throw a hit, but you can block by pulling a tree in front of you! You can dodge behind a boulder! Get really creative! The more creative you are, the more defense/attack it will cause DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION. :) Did I say be creative? Oh yes I did. Sorry.

Resistances and Weaknesses:
Status Conditions:
Burning: Opponent takes *y* Damage for *x* turns. Y = 7.5% of the attack of the person who inflicted the burn. X = How many turns decided by the move.
Poison: Same as Burning, but is only 5% of the attack of the person who inflicted the burning.
Paralyzing: Opponent unable to move for *x* turns.
Confusion: Opponent has a chance to hit itself instead of attacking. Chance to hit itself depends on the opponents accuracy.

Prologue:
Plot Happens... Story Initiates. Vector and Olika are gathered in Xerneas' Temple to be sent on an important mission to retake the world. Olika snatches the shield that Xerneas provides for them and runs off in frustration. Vector scolds Xerneas for sending just the two of them on one of the most important missions that would ever happen in Pokemon History, takes his shield and goes to follow Olika.
Chapter One: The Breach
Olika encounters a mysterious human, but not for long. The human turns the corner, and dashes off.

History: Born with red eyes and black ears, Vector was decreed by a lying fortune-teller to be cursed, and never recieved the blessing that allowed him to bring victory to others. Vector's wings were torn off, and he was cast down to Earth to die. He was allowed to live by Xerneas, and ten years later, he donned a suit and tie, to show his pride of his black ears. He uses two flame pistols made the flames from a blacksmith used to sharpen a shiny Honedge and a flame sword, beside his psychic and fire powers he can create as a Pokemon. These things are all he needs to achieve way more than victory.
Decent Moves:
1. Donk!: Vector smashes the opponent on the head with the flat side of his sword.
2. Flame Bullets: Vector fires simple bullets from his two pistols.
3. Quick Burst Combo: Vector kicks the opponent into the air and fires bullets into the sky..
4. Quick Step: Vector slashes past the opponent.
Strong Moves:
1. Explosion Master: Vector combines his two pistols, and they become one giant laser blaster. He fires a giant laser at the opponent, resulting in a large explosion.
2. Vector Slash: Vector charges up both of his hands and his sword with flames. He spins at his opponent, slashing multiple times, and knocking them back quite a bit.
Special Move:
1. Infinite Inferno Combo: Vector charges up his whole body with flames, and does a leg sweep to his enemy, making them rotate in the air, quickly slicing past them with his sword twice, he fires two shots from his pistols, and flies head first into the enemy.
Special Ability:
1. Vector meditates. Once he is done, he unleashes flames through where his wings once were, and they increase his speed by two, allowing him to attack twice on the same turn.
Last Resort:
1. Vector smashes his sunglasses into tiny bits, revealing his red eyes. He charges up Blue Flare on one hand, Bolt Strike on the other, and smashes both of his hands onto his forehead. Vector charges up the ultimate V-Create, combined with the powers of Zekrom and Kyurem, and charges headfirst into the enemy, causing extreme, collateral pain and destruction all over the enemy, as well as draining all of Vector's stamina and his HP.

Appearance:
Personality: Very shy, timid and easily offended. In spite of this, she can be loyal to those around her and compassionate when needed. She has a deep curiosity about the world and others.
History: Olika was born to a large family of wild eevee's and eeveelutions within the Kanto region, however, when all of those her age began to evolve, Olika did not. Rather than following the path of the usual eevee and evolving, she found herself unable to and was exiled, shunned as an outcast and labelled only as a 'creature' by her family who un-acknowledged her. More self-blaming than bitter, she lived her life alone in the mountains, seeing herself as a burden and keeping away from others. Until the Ultimate Weapon was set off..
Decent Moves:
1. Screech - A high-pitched scream that can simply confuse those around her.
2. Slash - A quick lash from her paws, which although fluffy, conceal small claws.
3. Bite - A vicious bite from her jaws to attack an enemy.
4. Quick jump- Basically a quick dodge from an attack or even a jump on an enemy.
Strong Moves:
1. Claw-turn: used when in a weak or unstable position within a fight, this involves twisting her back and biting tightly into an enemy's weakspot (e.g- a neck) before lashing out furiously with multiple slashes/claws.
2. Extreme Speed: Rams into the opponent at an immense, swift speed, usually causing the opponent to be left dizzy or even paralyzed.
Special Move:
1. Spirited Strike - Olika's fur is overcome with different colored shades and hues, representing the elements of the eevee-lutions she could've evolved into, however, she gains little extra power from this. Rather, she sweeps the opponent to a side, before launching herself into them with a ferocious kick to a vulnerable area like the eyes.
Special Ability:
1. Elemental trek - In spite of the surroundings, Olika can walk upon any element below her feet with ease, even swirling fires and sparks of electricity. While generally this is rarely used in combat, it's more useful when travelling or exploring.
Last Resort:
1. Combined strike - In only the last resort, Olika can strike out at an enemy with the elements of the eevee-lutions she will never evolve into. Using fire, water, electricity, grass, ice, dark, psychic and fairy abilities, she is overwhelmed with power and rams into an enemy, over-powering them with an incredible barrage of attacks from all listed types.

Quick Jump - Dodges an attack. This is quite useful for wasting your enemy's turn, but I suggest using it once they use their last resort. Pls don't spam it though. XD
Strong Moves:
Claw-Turn - Costs 261 Stamina. 372 Damage.
Extreme Speed - Costs 274 Stamina. 263 Damage. 1/4 Chance of making the person dizzy/paralyzed for 2 turns. I can't make the chance any higher otherwise people would spam it. Sorry. :I
Special Move:
Spirited Strike - Costs 500 Stamina. 617 Damage.
Special Ability:
Elemental Trek - Costs 1000 Stamina. Even though you specifically said that this wasn't used in combat, I'll just say that you take 1/2 damage from all enemies.
Last Resort - ALL STAMINA. 1357 Damage. Quickly takes away your HP. Allies take 1/4 damage from recoil.

Olika's eyes darted around Xerneas' Temple, a mix of fear and anger burning inside of her, she couldn't exactly mask her distaste of what had happened but she kept quiet. With a side glance at this other stranger, Vector, she made no hesitation to snatch up her newly-given shield and began to proceed back to town silently in order to prepare for what lay ahead.
(Not sure if that's how you want to role-play to go like, but if I've made any mistakes, just let me know and I'll correct them ASAP! ^^')

Vector glares at Xerneas through his sunglasses. "I can't believe you would send us, out of every Pokemon out into the world. This is an important job, but I know that even you can't tell if we can succeed. We can't even see beyond our borders, and you think that you could just send us out into the beyond? As the one who allowed me to live, I thought you would have more logic than that. Shame on you." Vector takes the shield, puts it in his pocket, and dashes off to catch up with Olika.

Olika slowly turned her head and flicked an ear at the strange site. Odd.. she thought to herself, biting her lip a bit before stalking forward, eyes warily fixed on the girl and body kept close to the ground. Knowing that the girl was sobbing and shouldn't be frightened off with any loud noises, Olika gently tapped the ground with her shield. Quiet, but hopefully enough noise to get the crying girl to notice her at the very least.

*SMASH!* The girl is knocked out, Vector standing behind her unconscious body, sheathing his sword after he hit her with the flat side of it. "I really don't think you should befriend suspicious humans directly after storming right out of the Temple." He passively sits down. "So, what do you think we should do now that she's all banged up? Bring her to Xerneas for inspection? It might cause a whole lot of commotion."

Also, you need to elaborate more on your moves. They don't need to be official moves in the games, they could be any move, as creative as you want! And add descriptions to the moves too. Remember, there has to be a distinct difference between the decent moves, strong moves, special move, special ability, and last resort. I'll just list them again here so you have a point of reference.
Decent Moves are weak, relatively simple moves. You can fit 4 moves into this category, but even though they are simple, don't let them hinder your creativity! They consume the least stamina.
Strong Moves are moves that are stronger than 'Decent Moves'. They consume more stamina (not listing how much because it varies depending on the Random Number Generator (RNG)) than the Decent Moves, but have more power. Remember to use your creativity?
Special Move, long story short, it consumes more stamina than Strong Moves, it's your character's signature attack, more damage and such. Creativity.
Special Ability is just anything. Just don't make it too OP. Takes up half of your stamina.
Last Resort is your final move. Kills you quickly, (takes a quarter of your HP every turn after you use it), extremely powerful. Takes up all of your stamina.
Try to follow the format that's used in the first post. ^^ The forms that other people created are great examples! Check them out or palpad/pm me if you need help.
And finally, though it doesn't really contradict with your form, it would be great to edit out the second post. Just to save space. :)
All in all, great job! Just edit a few things, and we can get things started with your new character!
