Mine's School Days. The ending killed it for me. If you watch it, just watch 11 episodes and leave yourself hanging, trust me on this. xD

Soul Eater N.O.T. Without a doubt. Huge disappointment. Wasn't too big of a fan of Blade & Soul and Rail Wars either. Chrno Crusade wasn't too good but the fight scenes were amazing, gotta give it credit for that.

I cant say only one u.u. I have about 5 or 6 (i think) favorites, like Hajime no Ippo, Gankutsuou, Accel World, Kingdom and others =x
