magnolia gritted her teeth and decided to go back to the training room.

tony looked at where wither had been standing, his cheek's flushing a faint pink across his pale skin.

Wither sat on the edge of her blood-red colored bed (the designer had some idea that she, a demon, was some sort of goth--she'd have to hunt him down later) with the sketch of a high-tech airship blueprint in her lap. They wouldn't find us in the sky if we're constantly moving, she thought to herself, it would make a nice base, even if permanent... She bit her fingernail, a habit that she caught while thinking.
Powered by a light crystal... the problem is activating it... Wither scowled in frustration. To activate the airship, in which they already had possession of in the demon-made storage (although only high-ranked rebels were aloud in there) they would need a Dark Flame, which would require infiltration to the demon's base. Magnolia... Wither calmly stood up, tossing the blueprint to the side, and stepped through a clear mirror on the left of the wall.

"U-um..." Spectrum muttered uncomfortably, "maybe now we go do that combat practice?" she muttered, looking to the hallway. She walked slowly towards it, the dim light covering her blush.

tony took a shaky breathe and walked after spectrum.
''wither's a rather strange person...'' he muttered.
aqua just purred quietly in amusement, lightly pawing at tony's face.
he pushed aqua's paw's away and sighed.

magnolia was outside of the base keeping watch while a couple of the other rebel's worked on fixing the hole in the map room wall.
''work faster numb skull's, i want to go back inside...'' she grumbled.

"Not strange," Spectrum muttered, amused. "She is just sort of mysterious." She took a spear from the training room weapons rack.

tony got a sword and went to one of the training dummies.
''i'm gonna work on my swordsman ship for a little bit'' he said, taking a deep breathe before going into perfect stance, then swinging the sword with scary accuracy toward's the head of the training dummy.

(Changing Vortex's animal form to this
Spectrum nodded, taking the dummy beside him. She pressed the handle, splitting the weapon in two as she leaped forwards to the dummy. The butt of the spear collided with the chest, reflecting off a bright white glow that exploded off the dummy's middle. Its frame grew taller, with broader shoulders. Its legs bent into a crouching position. Spectrum smiled, tossing the dummy a spear. It split into two, spinning between the dummy's moving fingers. Spectrum darted forwards, her spears in her hands (she was ambidextrous) as they slashed towards the dummy.
The spearpoint darted towards its shoulder as she half expected it to block it. Instead, the dummy failed to block the blow and a wooden handle slammed into her legs, making her knock off balance with a groan. The dummy leaned towards her, aiming for the kill. Spectrum blocked it with one spear, slamming the other between the dummy's leg and knocking it off balance. Gasping for breath and sweat beading her forehead, Spectrum stabbed her spear as one towards its chest, only to have it blocked. She jumped at the ceiling, due to her agility skills as an angel. Her wings spread, batting the air.

She dived towards it, the spearpoint colliding with the target's head. It dissolved into faint golden light, appearing back at its original spot, unmoving. Spectrum smiled, chuckling in almost disbelief as she huffed air furiously. That's three times out of ten I've defeated that thing, she thought boldly. She had, in fact, been training. Spectrum, laying on the ground, turned her head to watch Tony train, catching her breath.
Her eyes followed his frame go into a swordsman's stance, swinging at the un-animated dummy with his shimmering sword. She pressed her hands together, as if praying, and a golden light reflected off them, the same with the dummy's core. The dummy copied Tony's stance, dodging out of the way of the sword. Spectrum tossed it a curved blade, in which it caught. The dummy stepped back, pressing it's sword against Tony's as if to figure out his level of skill, copy it, and then challenge him. Spectrum smiled, her cheeks tinged in pink from fighting.

Wither, her white hair flicking as she stepped out of the rippling mirror that was embedded in the map room's wall. The sudden burst of sunlight made her look towards the hole, stepping through it daintily as to not disturb the worker's repairing. She walked next to Magnolia, looking very calmly into her poison-like eyes. "Magnolia, I want you to help me with a mission," she said, her black wings shimmering against the bright sun.

tony gritted his teeth and little and glanced over at spectrum, then back at the now live training dummy.
aqua had left his shoulder's and was now sitting at the sideline's, grooming her fur and scale's.
he leaped back, tightening his grip on his sword before he charged and leaped up into the air.
tony back flipped and landed behind the dummy, regaining his stance before slashing at the training dummy's back.

magnolia looked at her and huffed.
''and what kind of mission would that be...?'' she asked, tilting her head a little.
though she just simply pulled a black lipstick out of her pocket and placed it across her lip's.
''though if it's a mission to get stuff.. i can use my poisonous charm and poison a few angel's or demon's..'' she said, grinning a little as she put the lipstick back into her pocket.

"To start off, Magnolia, if you do accept the mission, we're going to hell," Wither said, smirking. "And yes, we're getting something."

Kaleidoscope sat next to Aqua, watching Tony with a bemused face. As Kaleidoscope 'spoke', she made echoing sounds that were light and mystical, unexplainable. It was a sound that angels and demons were not able to hear. "When do you think they'll notice?" the furred animal said to Aqua, her tail flicking towards Tony and Spectrum.

''though i'd like to finished my watch since the worker's are busy... it's better to let them finish before getting something'' magnolia said.

aqua curled her tail around her flank and purred quietly in amusement.
''notice what...? their crushes for each other? their both so obvious about it Kaleidoscope, i'm still surprised they hadn't figure it out when they first started to hang out like this'' she said.
the dragon cat hybrid cleaned her dagger like claw's without cutting her tongue and sighed.
''beside's, there is one secret that remain's behind me and tony that no one will ever get, we've both kept it a secret ever since we came here... and it'll remain a secret untill he's sure enough the person he trust's most won't tell the others about it..'' aqua mumbled, crossing her paw's as she went back to watching.

"Secrets can be revealed by accident..." Kaleidoscope looked at Spectrum with an unfathomable shimmer in her eyes. "Besides, I'm sure Spectrum is so blinded by love that she doesn't notice." The angelic creature's rainbow eyes followed her eternal partner as she stood up to watch Tony, her cheeks, for once, pale as she shed a golden light on the dummy. Its power increased, challenging Aqua's partner even more. Kaleidoscope huffed with amusement, her chin resting on her fuzzy paws. "Have you got your eyes out for anyone, Aqua? It's quite common for a companion to love their angel... or demon. Considering your companion is of opposite gender, I mean," Kaleidoscope said, only as a small talk and nothing to be taken seriously.

"Very well. Magnolia. I'll see you later," the demon said, vanishing into nothingness as she stepped back through the mirror. It ripped like clear, reflective water and yet when the ripples ceased it was only a glass reflector. Wither sighed, stepping out of the mirror in her room.

aqua flicked her tail and sighed.
''i only go for one of my species kaleidoscope, but i care about my angel companion.. that's one thing i will admit, i care for tony, since i'm supposed to help him out with certain stuff'' she said, ear's pinned back as she glared at the angelic spirit fox beside her.
but she went back to watching tony, her tail curled back around her flank without another word.
tony leaped away again and charged, aiming the sword to go straight through the training dummies chest.

magnolia sighed and looked around, returning to her post as the lookout for the time being.

The fox's glimmering eyes showed a look that could've been a smirk, but in the eyes. It was easier to tell Kaleidoscope's emotions via her eyes rather than her mouth or whole face. "Calm down, Aqua. It was only a question," Kaleidoscope replied, watching as Aqua's tail hovered in the air, curling gracefully next to her scaled flank. Her gaze flitted back to Tony and Spectrum, as her own angel companion smiled at her crush happily. "They'll find out their love for each other eventually, Aqua. You and I both know that angels do not fall out of love." Kaleidoscope held back a sigh. Their trust can, however, break...

Spectrum grinned at the male angel, the split-in-two spears hanging in a loop of silk at her sides. "Well done," she said, chuckling. The light magic she had bestowed upon Tony's training dummy had made her mind go fuzzy. There was a sudden burst, and Spectrum's mind cleared with energy. She glanced up at Kaleidoscope. Thanks, she thought to the fox whom had lent her power. Kaleidoscope blinked hazily in reply. Spectrum walked up to a wood dummy, placing a hand on it and reflecting off a soft golden glow that gave it life.
She threw it one of her spears. The dummy slashed a blade towards her, making Spectrum leap back and the blades of their spears slash. "Your stance is off," Spectrum, distracted by the sudden voice in her head, turned to Kaleidoscope. The dummy's spear handle slammed into her thigh, making her topple over. Spectrum yelped, a burst of light darting towards the dummy as it was no longer animated. "Killing life forms with your powers only is taboo." Spectrum sighed. "That only counts for demons and angels, Kaleidoscope," she said out loud.

tony dropped his sword and caught spectrum before she had hit the ground.
''you alright..?'' he asked, helping her back up.

aqua's ear's perked up and the dragon cat sat up.
''look's like they might find out about their crush on each other sooner then expected, this should most amusing to watch how much they'll blush'' she said, purring quietly in amusement.

Spectrum's eyes widened, her head slightly dazing her sight from the sudden burst of light. This time, Kaleidoscope did not lend her energy. "If I keep lending you my energy, Spectrum, you will not be able to stand on your own feet when you take a blow," the fox had told her ages ago. Spectrum didn't understand why she suddenly remembered that when she couldn't remember anything else. "I'm fine. Thank you." Spectrum stumbled slightly. She forced her blush away, a skill she inherited but was not able to use at all times for it took her a lot of effort. Still, a sign of embarrassment lingered in her luminous amber eyes.

Kaleidoscope replied with, "Their relationship can be rather unpredictable." Her ears flicked, small golden dust-like particles flicking off of her fuzzy ears. She listened to the dragon-cat hybrid purr, the noise quite soothing to the ears. Kaleidoscope's eyes sparkled with amusement as she watched the two angels below them slowly fall in love. "Angels are fun to watch in that way," the fox mused, her head resting on her paws as she continued to watch.

tony blushed a little and rubbed the back off his head.
''u-um.... no problem'' he said, stammering just slightly.
he went over and picked his sword up, sighing a little as he put it in a stand nearby.
''i used to love doing sword practicing with my father.... but with this war going on, i've been distracted from it.. not being able to practice a lot like i used too'' he said, resting his hand on the end of the sword hilt as he looked at the gleaming steel blade.

aqua's ear's pinned back as she listened to tony talk.
''i miss my old comfy life when i was a dragon kitten before the war started...'' she sighed quietly, resting her chin on her paw's.
her purr faded and she looked down at the ground.

Kaleidoscope shook her head, very slightly, in pity. She knew life before the war, but she was a loner and either way her life stayed the same. Except she had Spectrum, who had no memories of life before the war... "We'll move to a better place after this, Kaleidoscope replied hollowly, truly misunderstanding what Aqua missed. "We're going to be relocated after... the demon incident. It'll be better than this underground hellhole," the Spirit Fox added, looking up at the ceiling. No natural light, only powered things. She flashed a soft, concerned look at Aqua that faded away just as quickly as she blinked. The furred animal looked back at the two angels, her tail curling up against her flank.

Spectrum, noticing Tony's small blush, found herself speechless. Training effects, she reminded her hopeful self. besides, it wouldn't work with my amnesia and gender... she cleared her dry throat. It felt like it was burned to a crisp in the insides. She had no empathy. "And if you did go back to that life, Tony, with the war in your mind? It's a permanent scar. I'm really sorry you had to go through that, though..." the angel murmured, her hand lightly brushing over his. She quickly drew it away. Had certain demons found out, she would be hurt. They looked at her very suspiciously in the halls... Spectrum cleared her throat again, looking at the steel weapon.

Wither waited, very calmly on the edge of her bed as she waited for Magnolia. Too uncomfortable to check in on Tony, she sat there looking hollowly at the mirror, her mind elsewhere as she closed her door (but didn't lock it).

aqua had fallen asleep and was snoring quietly in her sleep.

tony gripped the hilt and closed his eye's, taking a shaky breathe as he looked down.
''this war will be a scar to all the mind's who survive... it'll never be gone, it'll become a myth within stories, it'll never be forgotten.. but most of us will go down in history as brave fighter's, and those are memories you want to keep.....'' he mumbled, faint tear's streaking his face without him seeming to care.
tony opened his eye's and sighed, taking his hand off the sword as he reached over and took spectrum's hand in his.
''i'm going to have to head out and held some of the other rebel leader's, i'll talk to you later...'' he muttered, smiling a little as he kissed the back of her hand.
he let her hand go and walked out of the training room, going down the hallway silently as he thought.

magnolia walked through the hall's as she headed for wither's room, finding it easily as she opened the door and walked inside.
''okay so what do you need help with.... i want to get this over with before another stupid attack from any demon or angel scout's...'' she grumbled out of irritation.

As Tony walked out of sight, Spectrum's cheeks furled with redness. She dropped to her knees, her mouth open to form words but her voice not working. A burning sensation lashed throughout her, blinding her as her skin tingled with pain. "Damnit, Spectrum!" hissed her companion as a familiar, silky coat of fur brushing against her leg. Reality ripped as the two melted away into the golden depths of fiction, Spectrum's mind spinning with both pain and relief. Within the light was a shadowed figured, its frame hazy as if it were barely with the angel. A cloaked figure, a demonic creature that rivaled the species of the angel. "How could you, young angel? Betray your home and fall for one who you should not mingle with? Disgraceful," the voice of a feminine creature. The light slipped away, to be replaced by a dimmer, whiter one.
"Do you always have to make it so dramatic, Spectrum?" Chided Kaleidoscope, her opalescent eyes looking softly into Spectrum's. Her words were replied to with a groan of pain. "Who was that demon, Kaleidoscope?" The angel asked half-heartedly. "Perhaps it was an illusion. Stop heading for the door, it's locked. Spectrum turned away from the door, staring into the mirror. She--or for a more accurate description, he--stared at the reflection of himself, expecting the soft amber eyes of his feminine form but instead meeting the shy but icy eyes of a male angel. He huffed, cheeks red. "How did you get into this room without being noticed, Kaleidoscope?" Spectrum asked shyly, leaning hopelessly against the bed. "Teleportation, dummy. What do you think all the gold light was? Perhaps your transformation is messing with your head again... Spectrum looked away, staring at the locked door. And Aqua? Spectrum questioned mentally. "I have quick reactions, Spectrum. Aqua was asleep and either way wouldn't of seen--you were in the process when in teleportation. Spectrum huffed.

Wither smiled, a formation of her lips that was almost mysterious. Or perhaps the unfathomable look was from her eyes. "If we do complete our quest, vixen, then there will be no scouts for a while. I assure you of that." The demon pushed herself off of the bed and upright on the ground. "Obviously this base isn't safe enough. My plan is to infiltrate the demon's base and get a piece--even a shard--of their power source. Unless you escaped during schooling, you should know that we need the Crystal. It's to power the airship, which not only has defense but sensors... and cabins," Wither pushed her hair out of her eye, her mirror once more rippling. "As demons, we would be able to easily pass the perimeters of the base without being caught. Getting in will be harder." Her umbrella was summoned with a flick of her hand. "And no, Magnolia, I do not find anyone else suitable for the job. Not even Tony."

aqua opened her eye's and noticed that spectrum and Kaleidoscope were gone.
she huffed and went back to sleep.

magnolia narrowed her eye's a little and sighed.
''i left on my own accord from the demon's once i learnt enough...'' she grumbled, seeming offended that wither thought that she might not have learnt anything when she was a kid.
her companion dark stood beside her, wing's folded and his expression calm as he looked up at wither with a none glowing purple gaze.
magnolia knelt down and rested her hand on dark's head, smiling a little as he scratched his head.
''besides, i've got a bit of a reputation in the demon's domain for having a... poisoness personality and way of making a man's guard go down and poison them with one single kiss.... but my lipstick is what poison's them, i am immune to poison so it doesn't affect me'' she said rather proudly, a cruel grin forming across her lip's.
