For The Past 3 Years cities have been slowly and slowly losing populations, now finally someone has investigated the situation. People now believe an ancient and powerful band of pokemon have been capturing humans and turning them into to pokemon slowly stop humans from evolving. A group of scientist now have gathered a small group of humans to give them pokemon DNA so they will be able to find them. And you are one them, hurry up and choose you pokemon form quickly before any more people vanish!

(The Setting is all the regions and I don't feel like putting rules cause I am lazy af)

(Sure) Draco was wearing a cloak in the city and was looking out for anybody vanishing. Draco spotted somebody and quickly took off his cloak and shape shifted into a typhlosion and looked around

Draco stopped and put his fingers on his earpiece "Marine, Kira we got a person missing and people are vanishing 1 at a time, scout your area and look for anyone suspicious" Draco said. He was in a typhlosion body but he still could speak like a human. Draco then kept looking around

"Just let Kira be, I'm near the forest and I need you scout the area. The enemy looks like they are teleporting and from what I have learned so far, they either teleported on trees or buildings. I need you to scout for any places that they might have teleported on" Draco said
