Amara walked out of the Pokémon center in Lumiose City and sighed, Lilli standing next to her. "Ready to get back onto training?" She asked the Lopunny. "Lop!" Lilli agreed eagerly.
(Forgot to mention Lilli stays out of her Pokeball)

John sent his Altaria out. "Abby use Dragon Pulse!"
"Tariiii~" The Altaria used Dragon Pulse at the Mightyena the Team Flare Grunt had sent out. Izha and Taiko matched attacks. They both used bite at the Pidgeot and Pangoro the Grunts sent out. Then Izha used Moonblast at the Pangoro while it used a failed Protect. Taiko used Dark Pulse at the Pidgeot. Due to the power of the attack, the Pidgeot fainted.
