I have about 20, maybe 30 odd Vivillon's stuck in a box right now and I decided, hey, why don't I do a free Giveaway (Even though most peeps have Vivillons... :S )
Additionally, every time someone fills out the form, there is a 'number' section. You can choose whatever number from 1-100 and when all the Vivillon's are taken, I will choose a random number and whatever number or whatever number is closest to the chosen number will win the Celebi.
Anyway, RULES-
Please don't complain about which level of Vivillon you get.
Only one Vivillon and random celebi draw per person
Have fun and look after your new pokemon!
