If you are looking at this you are probably going to join our school.
It's school for everyone no matter what you are. Also it's first school for supernaturals and hunters. You were maybe going to smaller school for supernaturals or hunters, but this is first school you can live in harmony with everyone.
Maybe you just discovered your powers or you know about them for long time. Maybe they have been in your family for generations or you are first one with them. However you are welcome in our school.

-This is school for all ages

After all this school is hidden from normal humans sight.
