Anja was surprised to see the human. It probably only just got it's first Pokémon, and accident or not it would most likely want to catch new Pokémon. She tried to think of a plan, unsuccessfully.

The guardians phycic abbilities allowed him to sense what anja was thinking "no it couldnt have gotten a pokemon look he dosnt have one of those capture devices"
