Looks:Pikachu ears and tail, a yellow and black hoodie with a red t-shirt underneath, has brown hair, two scars on his left eye from experiments, and Mega glasses
Good Or Bad: Evil
Past: He is Tim from part one (I'm giving a reason you never see him again :p) and was captured by one of the armies and was experimented on to work for them. They fused him with enhanced Pikachu Which was made in to a Electric/Fire. The experiments had made him lose all memory and there may be no way to get them back.
Other:He still has Chestnaught, Blastoise, and Blaziken. Moves:Blue Flare, Volt Strike (Or is it Bolt strike?), Volt Tackle, and Flare Blitz. He can only use the first two moves when at full power though. And obviously the Army that took him renamed him :I

MPL looks at wave and the both nod. Wave puts some dirt on the tank and trys to blast dark with it but she soon runs out of it and the tank blows up. MPL looks at tim "Now we have no tank. now I will end you tim!". Wave hits MPL letting her know she said tim. MPL looks shocked "Oops! i just called him by the name i was told not to or else his memory may come back! i am not making better on i?". Wave sighs "Not one bit. please stop talking and just give tim.......... I mean Dark! just give dark the lead!" Wave looks shocked that she said tim.
