I got Omega Ruby a week ago. I haven't downloaded and received Beldum yet because I want to get my shiny Treecko first.
If I download the event Beldum into my game before 14/1 but won't get it from the Pokemon Center until after 14/1 will I still be able to get it? I don't want to quit soft resetting for the Treecko but I don't want to not get the Beldum either... :S

Once you've received the wonder card, the Pokemon Center lady will pretty much wait forever.
