Chapter 1
She started out her new life on a snowy mountain, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. She opened her eyes, the world slowly coming into focus. Your name will be Blythe. The echo of a smiling man's voice came into her head. I've got to get you out of here. No images came with her memories, only words. Blythe stood up, back aching. Why do I feel so- Her thought was cut off at the sight of a wing. Her wing.
Huh? she was puzzled as Bidoofs didn't have wings. Spotting a nearby pond, she hurried over and broke a small patch of ice and took several laps of water before looking at her reflection. She had sleek black fur and creamy brown eyes. She had Flygon wings outlined with a light blue and she decided she was built for speed. The word 'fusion' came to her mind. A brief image came to her mind. The man hurrying a drowsy Blythe out of a burning building in which fusions were rampaging. Obviously they didn't like it there. At least someone truly cared for me, though.
She shook her head to clear it. She heard voices over the raging wind, obviously human. Before she could flee a shout interrupted her thoughts and a bullet flew past her head, just missing her. With a squeal, she took to the air.
