Team magma, team aqua, team rocket, team glactic and team plasma teamed up and they destroyed and took over all regions except for Kalos. So Arceus granted pokemon magical powers to stop them.

That's what happened now it is your choice to join them or stop them

(id like to join, but id like to use my human RP character, he shares my name, but has draconic wings, and a couple psychokinetic abilities {somewhat simerlar to pokemon types, but anyone can use them with enough practice, training and meditation IRL})
