both zero and ruby hadn't returned to the pack camp till it was almost sunset.
their tails were entwined when they walked into the camp.

"Go away," she snapped as Rex was about to rest next to her. Disappointed, he padded away with his ears pinned back. Her tail flopped as Adder came near her, resting as if he'd be glad to take Rex's spot. "Hello, Amber." he chuckled. "Hello..." she sighed. He nuzzled her gingerly, as Amber could tell he was blushing almost as much as she had. "Why so dreary?" Adder asked. Shrugging, Amber sighed.

''rex, hunter was needing to talk to you'' ruby said looking at him.
''alright ruby'' he sighed walking off to find hunter.
she walked over to one of the dens and curled up falling fast asleep.

~somewhere in the camp~
''so.. how was your time with ruby zero?'' she asked teasingly.
he glared at her with his ears pinned back.
''what?'' she asked looking at him.

Adder nodded clearly towards the exit, Amber rising to her paws as she accepted the invite. Giving a firm shake of her fur, Amber headed towards the exit. Leaping delicately across the smooth granite boulders that had been implanted in the sinking mud, Amber glanced back a single time to check for the packs' Alpha, to find him a single rock behind her.

~somewhere near by~
''have you got any news?'' asked a mysterious looking wolf hiding in the shadows.
''my sister has fallen for one of the other wolves, both of the packs strongest fighters along with rex, hunter, amber, claw and the twins scratch and snatch'' the she wolf reported.
he chuckled evilly.
''good... at least two of that packs strongest fighters will be out of the picture for a while..'' the mysterious he wolf hiding in the shadows muttered.

''make that three'' said a new wolf, a she wolf.
the other one dropped a beaten up wolf near them.
''perfect...'' he chuckled evilly.

Amber's mind seemed to go blank until they'd reached the hills, as she found herself pressing noses with the Alpha. She blushed yet stood still as her tail seemed to move a bit. He looked away, into the night's view beyond the hills. "Amber... Will you?" He asked as if he'd nearly shattered a tube of glass, which Amber would be. Suddenly the fog cleared out of her mind, and she'd just remembered. "I.... Yes.." she whispered.

The moon seemed to swoon over Adder as he beamed in joy, the tip of his tail touching to Amber's. "I-" The she-wolf began, but the Alpha shushed her by pressing noses with her once again. Lost in the moment again, she felt like a rush of warmth had swirled through her. "Amber, we can wait for the pack to know. We'd best get going," they both rose to their paws in sync, padding back to the camp. She lay in her den and thought, until Swift arrived did she fall asleep. (You put some good stuff in your last post, so try not to wait XD)

pearl had just returned to the camp and curled up next to a tree out like a light.
ruby woke up when it had reached dusk and looked around.
''hey, has anyone seen claw anywhere?'' she asked the whole pack as she walked out of the den.
all of them started looking around just as one of the wolves barked worriedly.
''where is claw?! he must be alright!'' said a worried she wolf who struggled her way through the pack.
''calm down bone, the pack will find him i promise'' she said looking at the she wolf who had curled up whimpering.
some of the wolves looked to the alpha waiting for an order to patrol different parts of the forest.

Worried, Amber looked towards Adder; they'd kept their secret for two sunrises of course. Yet, he'd given a patrol with two of their best fighters, Amber and Claw. (Gtg)

~zero out on patrol~
''zero, do you see any signs of claw anywhere?'' ruby asked.
for once i get to be on patrol with ruby! best day of my life...! he thought to himself.
''no signs yet ruby, but i'll keep looking'' he said looking over his shoulder at her.
she nodded and walked in one direction while he walked in another.
''so.. found yourself a sweetie already pack wolf? how cute... to bad you wont be able to see her again..'' growled a he wolf walking out of the shadows.
zero pinned his ears back, now starting to growl loudly.
both of them collided and were snarling in anger.

~discovering something horrible~
ruby was walking through the forest and sniffing out any tracks to where claw might have went.
claw... bone is worried sick about you.. turn up sooner or later safe, or she is gonna flip! she thought looking around.
sniffing the air, she scenting something she wished wasn't true.
she walked over to what looked like a pile of leafs.
she went to uncover part of the pile when she seen a nose.
oh sky dogs please don't let this be claw... bone is gonna go into a total melt down if this is him... she thought pinning her ears back.
sure enough when she uncovered a tiny bit more of the leaf pile, there he was, claw limp on the ground.
''oh g-gosh... b-bone is g-going to go c-crazy w-when she finds o-out the news...!'' she muttered trying not to pass out.
she covered him back up and went back the way she came.
she heard fighting when she got near to where zero and her split to search.
she ran and tackled the wolf zero was attacking and pinned him to the ground.

Amber gave a quick glance at Bone, who was slightly behind. The shadowy cast flicked over the pine forest, as a swirl of fog so thick prevented Amber from seeing the regular stars or moon. The color of the sky was deep and dark, not just by color yet it seemed by heart. Feeling a sharp nudge from her partner, the she-wolf spun his way yet saw nothing. "Bone, what was-" he flicked his tail on her mouth to quiet her.

She heard a twig snap, yet the only possible way it could snap with a silent sound like that... Another wolf Amber hesitated. "Split up," she whispered in his ear. If she had to fight, she'd rather do it alone. Bone hesitated, but Amber shoved him away as he raced himself to the river. "Come out." she snapped, as she saw a flash of gray fur. Before she could step up, a muscular he-wolf was in front of her.

Without a word, he butted into her side as she fell to the floor. Amber rolled to her side swiftly, dodging his brute claws. Leaping up to her paws, she than slammed her claws into her legs and her teeth gourged into his neck. Crack she heard a sound from his leg. With her strength, she lifted him up and slammed him to the ground with another crack. She scored for a bite in his face, but missed and ripped up his left ear.

Amber padded into the entrance of the pack and reported what had happened to the Alpha. The he-wolf nodded as he nuzzled her quickly. "You are dismissed..." he muttered as Amber dipped her head in respect and padded out of the cave.
A few moments after that, she heard a howl-Adder's howl. Turning back from her chat with Ice, she quickly rose to her paws and raced towards the meeting ledge. She sat in the middle of Swift and Ruby, looking up towards Adder.
"Wolves of the Shadows, we meet to discuss of some events that have currently happened. However, I shall start with the good news..." he nodded at Amber as a sign. Understanding, she gingerly made her way next to him.

"I welcome Amber, our new council member in replace of Blossom... And my mate." He paused at the last part. Swiftly she ducked her head in respect, until Adder nuzzled her to dismiss her. He than told the story of the wolves who'd been taking the pack members. "Therefore we will increase the number of wolves in both groups-hunting and patrol. You are all dismissed," he sighed and padded to his cave.

(bone is a girl and claw was her mate, so she probably wasn't happy about the news after ruby reported about claws passing to the earth wolves)

~pack gathering~
ruby smiled at amber teasingly with a glimmer of happiness in her eyes.
''congrats amber'' swift and ruby said at the same time.
zero walked over and nudged ruby on the shoulder urgently.
''i'll be right back..'' she said following zero towards the edge of camp.
swift shook her head and sighed.
''i may be his older sister.. but he is showing that he doesn't need me to protect him anymore...'' she muttered flattening her ears a little.

~near the camps quieter part of the territory~
''what do you need zero?'' she asked a bit confused.
he looked at the ground blushing a little.
''ruby... w-will y-you um...'' he started to stammer.
she tackled him to the ground nuzzling him.
''of course..'' she said softly.
he smiled nuzzling her in return.

(the feelings T3T... lol)

"Thanks," she chuckled as her tail swatted in the damp air. Adder is almost like a regular pack wolf when we're together, she thought to her self.

zero and ruby both returned to camp when it reached a fairly early dawn and both curled up next to each other chatting away on one of the heat-rocks.

Amber was pondering about the secrets and mysterious of life, the pack's rivals and what has been happening over the past days, those kind of thoughts she kept to herself. Her spine was almost touching the stiff, steady ground layered in moist soft grass that soothed the she-wolf.
Amber's chin rested on her fluffy paws, as she felt nice of the wind lacing through her fur and didn't hear the chatters and gossip of the pack. She hadn't even noticed the tall, gray he-wolf next to her.

To get her attention, he simply poked her with his sleek, lithe tail. "O-oh hello, Adder." she had been thrown out of her thoughts. Without a word, the he-wolf felt Amber lean on his shoulder as a familiar white she-wolf appeared. "Greetings, Ice." Adder turned look at the she-wolf. Amber was still lost in thought, staring at dawn's horizon. Ice rested next to Amber and dipped her head in respect. "Hello, Alpha." she lifted to see the view. Turning to look as well, Amber was so close to Adder he could feel her calm heartbeat.

~pack camp~
''zero, i'm gonna go to the lake and enjoy some quiet'' she said looking at him.
''alright'' he replied resting his muzzle onto his paws.
ruby walked out of the camp her tail swaying.
swift walked over chuckling.
''what sis..?'' zero asked looking up at her.
''oh nothing...'' she snickered.

~at the lake~
ruby walked to the path leading to the lake when she seen a wolf sleeping on one of the rocks.
who is that...?! she thought her eyes widening.
she started snarling as she slowly walked down the path her teeth bared.
the wolf looked up and started growling back.
both of them ran and collided in a clash of claws and teeth.

Amber woke up next to Adder, as she rose to her paws nimbly she nuzzled him and mumbled in his ear. "I'm going for a walk," she grumbled and headed out of the entrance. Deeper in the pine tree forest, she saw a strange gray wolf facing into her blazing violet eyes calmly. She flicked into a cold, ruthless glare at his brown beady eyes. "I've come to collect you, Amber." he said calmly and lunged at her. Expecting this, she jerked to the side and slammed her paw on his neck while he was airborne, sending him to the ground.

"You don't challenge a vine wolf, former or not." she grunted coldly. The he-wolf jerked to the side and got out of her grip, smirking. "Your better than I thought, pack wolf." With that he sweeped her off her paws, as began to pin her. Amber sank her teeth into his wrist, flipping him over. crack. she slammed the injured wrist to the ground, huffing as she pinned him down. Her claws scorched down the attacker's stomach. "Leave now, and be greatful to the sky dogs I give mercy," she spat and yanked her claws harshly out of him.

~one on one battle~
''you will not threat my pack!'' ruby snarled biting the intruding wolfs scruff.
''get off!'' she yelped.
the she-wolf threw ruby off and leaped over sinking teeth into her leg.
ruby gave a loud painful howl and bit the intruding she-wolfs leg in return.

~hearing an echoing howl~
zero and swift both perked their ears up hearing a howl.
''that's ruby!'' they both said in horror.
they bolted to the lake and stopped at the top of the trail.
both of them froze with shock seeing her fight the intruding wolf.
zero was the first one down the trail, tackling the wolf into the water with a huge splash.
''you alright ruby?'' swift asked checking her leg wound over.
she nodded and cleaned the bite mark on her left leg.
both she-wolves looked at the water as both zero and the intruder swam to land coughing.
swift ran over and rammed the she-wolf into the ground pinning.
all three of them howled in sync making a loud spine chilling howl that's echoing through out the forest.

~lake shore~
''i'm heading back to the pack... i'll send some more wolves this way..'' ruby muttered and limped up the path back to camp.
both nodded and looked back at the intruding she-wolf.
''let me go!'' snarled the she-wolf.
zero and swift both growled.

~back at camp~
''alpha... send a few wolves to the lake, zero and swift have an intruder pinned...'' ruby muttered limping over to them.
she winced when she moved her wounded leg wrong.

"You think you've got me? I'll make-" Amber slammed her claws into his right eyeball, intercepting his threat as he yowled in pain. "You had your chance. You've proven yourself a threat to my pack." Amber replied coldly, her right claw running down him neck. The he-wolf simply laughed, his eyes slick and sure. "You wouldn't." After he had finished, Amber pierced her claws through his neck and yanked it out, blood sprouting on her face. "I would," she spat as her teeth sank into his neck and opened the wound further.

Wounded and covered in blood, Amber padded into camp. Ice raced over to her with a shocked look on her face. "Amber! I-" The she-wolf stared on blankly at her friend. "Wolf attack," she grunted, and padded over to the fields. Quickly she lost her balance and fell flat on her side, as her chin rested on her paws. Her tail flicked in the air, as she folded her paws under her chest and watched the sunset.
