Sapphire mysteriously disappeared once the Fusions were brought to a new home
Ever since the fusions escaped the labs, and mysteriously vanished, the scientists began to experiment on people, if they were trainers their Pokemon were taken away. 'They wont escape,' they say, 'They'll be obedient.' They didn't have any idea something might go wrong. Catching several legendaries and fusing them with humans was a mistake, a terrible mistake. These humans almost immediately escape, freeing the others and destroying the security systems. They cant really control themselves, and the legendary humans vanish. The others, who got away from the scientists are now trying to survive in the world. Trying to be normal. Rewards are paid to those who catch them, and now they are trying to get away. Trying to avoid the ones catching them for money. Trying to live a normal life.

Personality: Ebony doesn't really like anyone, and prefers to be alone. She normally will ignore you if you talk to her, and she has a terrible temper. She prefers Pokemon rather than people, and is kind and caring to them.
History: Originally, Ebony helped the scientists with the fusions, catching the Pokemon. Once the fusions escaped, a few months later they got the idea to fuse humans with Pokemon. Ebony was their first experiment, and the Pokemon subject was her only Pokemon, her mega absol, Victory. She wanted to escape from the start, to kill the scientists even. Once she escaped, she fled into the forest and is now living with Pokemon.
Other: She can understand as well as speak to Pokemon.

Personality: Serious, friendly and kind.
History: Scientifics tried to make a really intimidating pokemon, fusing a Manectric with the Intimidate ability, and an Arcanine with the Intimidate ability. But they fused a Manectric with Lightningrod ability and an Arcanine with Flash Fire ability.

History: Wys is the daughter of a dark type gym leader, but unlike her father, she hated the dark and anything related to it. As a result, Wys built a team made up of pokemon that are good against dark types.
When Wys first became a fusion, she almost died from the depression of being fused with something she hates and cannot tolerate.

This history happens after the events of the original Fused.
After the events of Fused, Dineyo left the group to roam the lands, With Dratini's voice to guide him. However, while napping under a tree, Dineyo spotted more Pokémon being captured, and pursued them bringing back to the forest where the lab was. However, once he got there, the lab was destroyed from the legendary humans. Dineyo walked away from the lab, keeping a weary eye for any other scientists, then dashed off, knowing something was terribly wrong.

History: On the night of his birth, Remus was sleeping with his mother, Flareon, and father, Jolteon. The two parent pokemon were captured, but Remus was left behind. He chased after his parents, but just got captured himself. A couple weeks passed, and he was fused with a Mudkip. About a month later, he escaped, along with many other pokemon, who all went in different paths. Remys continues to survive alone.
