@:thelegendaryzapdos: i use a little professional software than paint. It is pixlr.com/editor

And also fast run try to use pixlr.com/editor it is good than paint if not its ok you still are good
Also try making transparent background

If I make a sprite in Paint, can I drop it into your pixlr editor and remove only background then?

Yes it is
Open the picture in pixlr that you have saved
now copy the pictre and in menu select new and click transparent and choose the size. When opened paste the copied pic and remove background

Shiny+Normal Animation

1. Goto Sprites
2. Choose picture of pokemon Shiny and animated pictures
3. Download the pictures
4. Go Gifmaker
5. Click upload images, Select both images and upload
6. Control the animation speed and etc.
7. And you are done. ;)
