If the starter doesn't count (which was Mudkip for me), the first Pokemon I hatched was probably Cottonee. I'm not sure if I remember correctly though as I adopted many different eggs on the same day!

My first Pokemon hatched was my starter, Oshawott. I was hoping for Bulbasaur or Squirtle, but it didn't work that way. I'm still happy with my starter, though.
