For the custom, try a Pokemon of your choice with red and black.
For the accessories, try a Pikachu with a green head band.

Prerequisites means you have to know certain stuff to learn. Like, for Pokeballs, you would need to know basic recolors and fusions.

The egg looks fine. I would've added some ears as well. MAYBE whiskers. But great job! for the Squirtle, I like that you didn't add that shell. a lot of people want to add arms and karp to the Pokeball when you should keep it simple. Which is only important parts. Like tails, ears, etc. great job! :3

I like what you did there with the egg. Eggs look plain around the middle usually, so adding a bit of scratch detail makes it look better. The Pokeball is perfect.
For eggs, try Spinarak and Ariados.
For Pokeballs, try a starter evolution line of your choce.
